Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? A global Polyolefin Compounding Company is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our WP Sales team, focusing on our regional accounts in DACH region.
Position : Account Manager Germany
Reporting to : Director of Sales Europe
Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with regional accounts in Germany & Austria.
- Lead negotiations, implementation, and compliance of agreements to drive profitable growth.
- Develop site-specific customer strategies and programs to retain business and improve market share.
- Manage pricing strategy and expand product categories for increased market share.
- Conduct extensive travel to prioritize customer action planning and meet growth objectives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the plastic industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to establish and build relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Team player willing to travel extensively for business meetings and training.
