Working Student Customer Experience & Research (mfd)

• Support the planning execution and analysis of customer research activities such as field studies customer interviews prototype testing and surveys.
• Research and analyse competitors to identify industry trends and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with teams such as Product Sales and Customer Support to share research findings and contribute to a customer-centric approach across departments.
• Process research findings and data material into structured reports and presentations and support the derivation of actionable insights.
• Monitor industry trends innovations and best practices within the customer research field.

• Currently enrolled in a masters degree program in Psychology Sociology Business Administration Market Research or a related field of study.
• Fluency in English combined with proficiency in at least one additional language such as Spanish German Italian or French.
• Confidence in applying and further developing qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• A strong customer-centric mindset and the willingness to advocate for customer needs and perspectives.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry (e.g. restaurant hotel bar café) is beneficial.
