Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and define methods and workflows that harmonize and standardize processes across departments, ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Create detailed documentation of existing and newly defined processes, making them clear and accessible to all stakeholders
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to align and finalize processes, ensuring all teams are on the same page before releasing processes for implementation
  • Ensure that newly defined processes are effectively integrated into daily operations, providing support and guidance to teams during the implementation phase
  • Oversee and manage changes to processes, ensuring that updates are communicated, documented, and implemented smoothly across relevant teams
  • Continuously evaluate processes for opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency, ensuring they remain relevant and effective over time
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams on best practices for process management and workflow optimization
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure that team members are fully aligned with new or updated processes

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in process management or quality management. Experience with process optimization or workflow management is a plus
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and document processes clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining a structured and organized approach to work
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, PREEvision, and ConSense is an advantage. Comfortable using these tools for process tracking, management, and documentation
