Technical Pre-Sales Support Specialist (German speaking)

Our client is a leading managed services and hosting company specialising in providing cutting-edge technical solutions to businesses across Germany.

With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they are expanding their team and are looking for a German speaking Technical Pre-Sales Support Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities

German language skills - Fluent in German, both written and verbal.
Technical understanding - preferably with experience in Huawei or Data Centre (DC) Networking.
Pre-sales support : Working with the pre-sales team to understand customer requirements & Support in the elaboration of technical solutions and designs tailored to customer needs.
Budget management : Manage projects within established budget constraints & Ensure cost optimisation without compromising the quality of technical solutions.

Qualifications

German language skills at native level.

Pre-Sales or technical sales background (RFI, RFQ) & Tender Management

Technical expertise in Huawei or DC Networking.

Previous experience in a managed services or hosting environment.

Proven ability to support pre-sales activities.
