HOLY is moving fast:Daily Orders new product drops andgrowing retail partnershipsacross Europe mean our supply chain never sleeps. To keep everything flowing smoothly we need someone who can spot problems before they become crises and keep production on track no matter what.

As aSupply Chain Coordinator youll be the operational backbone connecting suppliers production and our warehouse. Youll track component flows in real-time catch supplier delays before they cause stockouts and orchestrate cross-functional responses when exceptions threaten delivery timelines or product quality in our fast-paced environment.

Supplier Delivery Management & Exception Handling

• Own daily supplier communication for all inbound shipments (powder packaging accessories finished goods) - track production status confirm delivery dates escalate delays immediately.
• Maintain accurate purchase order records in ERP: update receipts delivery dates and pricing changes as they happen to keep all stakeholders working from current data.
• Take ownership of OTIFIQ deviations: investigate root causes coordinate supplier responses and implement corrective actions to protect production schedules and product quality.

Inventory & Stockout Prevention

• Monitor inventory health metrics (DOH for stock products component availability for production) and flag stockout risks before they occur.
• Coordinate purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels - balance carrying costs against stockout risk and production requirements.

Documentation Audits & Compliance Systems

• Build/maintain processes and procedures supporting audits claims handling and compliance documentation.
• Maintain traceability across components and finished goods ensuring production lots can be tracked end-to-end.
• Ensure the business is audit-ready via consistent records controlled documents and clear QA ownership.

Cross-Functional Problem Resolution

• Coordinate rapid response when exceptions threaten delivery timelines or quality standards (delayed shipment production hold component shortage) - pull in the right stakeholders and drive decisions to minimize customer impact.
• Keep Procurement Marketing and Customer Service informed of material delivery changes quality issues or capacity constraints that affect their planning.
• Manage short-term transportation needs and urgent supplier logistics when standard processes wont meet timing requirements.

Performance Tracking & Process Improvement

• Track supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery quality compliance communication responsiveness) and share insights with Procurement for relationship management.
• Document recurring operational bottlenecks and propose sustainable process improvements that prevent repeat issues.

• Delivery is non-negotiable.Youre obsessed with timelines commitments and ensuring every PO lands on timebecause you know upstream delays cascade into customer-facing problems.
• Strong operational rigor.Turn supplier commitments into tracked workflows spot discrepancies fast and keep data current across dozens of moving orders without constant supervision.
• Proactivity and pragmatism in balance.Bring a sharp eye for risks and red flags backed by practical judgment that fixes problems first then documents them.
• Speed meets accountability.Navigate tight delivery windows and last-minute changes while pushing suppliers for specific dates not vague estimates.
• Collaboration at the core.Love driving alignmentfrom 3PLs to internal teamsand know how to escalate effectively when timelines slip.
• 13 years in operations logistics or supply chain coordinationin a fast-paced environment (consumer goods e-commerce or 3PL experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing supplier relationshipsyou know how to get answers push for commitments and escalate when needed.
• Comfortable operating in ERP systems(Odoo or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• High ownership and bias to action; you jump in immediately when shipments are delayed or inventory numbers dont match.
• Detail-oriented yet pragmatic: able to track complexity while keeping the business moving
• Clear direct communicator in English and Germanyou can explain complex supply chain issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in Berlinor willing to relocate.
