The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure.

In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : a Maintenance Technician (m / f) specialised in electromechanics.
You will be part of a close team of a dozen colleagues under the supervision of a maintenance supervisor and his maintenance manager, who will help you accomplish your daily tasks.
ATTENTION : given the restrictive nature of the work schedule, we invite you to think about the compatibility of these hours with your private life before applying.
The work schedule is organised into shifts, according to the 7*2 / 7*2 / 7*3 model, i.e. :
- 7 working days - 2 days off ;
- 7 working days - 2 rest days ;
- 7 working days - 3 days off.
Schedules are planned for days and nights, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing :
- Carrying out and ensuring the breakdown, preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance of the airport's equipment and infrastructure
- Detecting, investigating and resolving faults based on the malfunctions detected
- Ensuring that the baggage sorting system is working properly and intervening in operational incidents
- Using the technical management software (Computer Assisted Maintenance Management, Centralized Technical Management, etc.
and deal with anomalies
- Accompanying and supporting external contractors, and ensuring that maintenance work, repairs, checks and new work are carried out correctly
- Receiving and process calls for technical interventions
- Reporting daily and in the event of an incident to the line manager
- Participating in the management of the maintenance spare parts stock
- Participating in logistical activities (receiving deliveries, transferring equipment, moving furniture, etc.)
- Occasionally participating in the winter procedure and in the driving of snow removal equipment in conjunction with the Airside team
- Participating in the integration of new employees
Must-have requirements
What you will need :
Education / training :
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering or BAC level with significant experience
Experience :
3-5 years experience in maintenance in an industrial or tertiary environment
Languages :
- French : fluent in speaking and writing
- English : operational level in the trade
