We are looking for an experienced IT support person to join the team.

IT Support & System Administrator (f / m)

Permanent contract, 40hrs / week

Job Profile :

  • You will be expected to provide first line help-desk support to our internal customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems (Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Linux, Active Directory) via phone, email and a ticketing system.
  • Installation, configuration, and repair of hardware including installation of operating systems and applications.
  • First level support for our internal applications and services including remote troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring of system and service health
  • Supporting system administration tasks as i.e. Active Directory and EntraID, Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online, Intune, etc.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions across Active Directory
  • Deliver a high level of professional customer service by ticketing system, on the phone and face-to-face.
  • Where relevant, arrange for external support when incidents cannot be resolved in-house.
  • Escalate more complex calls to specialist IT support staff if necessary.
  • Knowledge in the following systems are considered as an asset : JIRA / Confluence, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Azure, Intune, Cisco Meraki, Nutanix, Fortigate

Requirements :

  • Team player mentality to ensure satisfaction of internal customers
  • Good time management and priority determination skills
  • Being self-organised and professional, preferably based on ITIL certification
  • Certifications in one or more systems as mentioned above are considered as a big asset
  • English : business fluent; language skills in German and / or French are considered as an asset
  • work on one Saturday per month is required
  • driving license B is required
