• You ensure a positive and productive level of communication with clients operating on the international stage
• You lead, motivate, and inspire a cross-functional team of consultants
• You understand client needs and can derive ideas, solution-focused approaches, and action plans from them
• You are conscious of conserving resources and minimizing risks, and take budgeting factors into account, when guiding projects to completion
• As a mentor, you help young talents to develop and actively share your knowledge with others

• You are self-assured when presenting project outcomes to our clients e.g., in steering committees, but also when doing so internally in front of senior executives or our Management

Bring your experience.

• At least eight years’ experience in supply chain management at a leading consulting company or in comparable areas
• Extensive, proven track record on transformation processes and when implementing supply chain planning designs using e.

g., SAP ePP / DS, SAP APO PP / DS, SAP IBP, or comparable applications

• Pronounced project management skills
• Experience developing growth strategies and cost optimization
• Analytical and conceptual skills, along with a desire to innovate
• Outstanding presentation skills and pronounced powers of persuasion
• Business fluent in German and English
