Account Manager
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our SOLAR products.
This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Extend the customers resource (EPC, Installers or distributors)
Attend local exhibitions or bussiner fair
Organise local roadshow
Help the current distributors and EPC to deepen the relationship with local installers and smaller scale of distributors
Qualifications
Previous account management experience in solar or ESS field
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Willingness and ability to travel
German and English at least C1 or above
Driving license needed
Located in Netherlands or German
German or Dutch Nationalities
resources of local EPC, installers or distributors in the DACH ZONE
