Intern Global Events (f/m/d)

To support our Events team we are searching for a Intern Global Events (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • General admin tasks to support with behind-the-scenes tasks to bring an event to life, e.g. shipping samples, updating creative decks, and post event gifting management
  • Responsible for post event reporting presentation and internal sharing of event assets
  • Responsible for weekly reports to the management team
  • Sample cupboard and archive management
  • New supplier research and sample testing (where needed)
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure the safe delivery of our event materials and facilitating the storage of them post event
  • Support the shipping and customs teams in the creation of labels and tracking of shipments

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree background in Luxury Fashion Management, Events, Marketing or Public Relations
  • Time management and organizational skills alongside excellent communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • English fluency
  • Available for 6 months in Munich
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous internships or experience working in events is valued
