Senior Copywriter (m/f/d)

As a Senior Copywriter, you bring a sharp and witty sense of humour to craft and elevate Westwing’s distinctive tone of voice across all touchpoints. You are shaping a unique brand voice that reflects our positioning, objectives, and values, and you enjoy collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This position is limited to one year and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop clear, compelling, and original copy for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives, including newsletters and onsite assets
• Collaborate with Art Directors on wording for Brand and Product Campaigns across various channels (e.g., performance marketing, social media, etc.)
• Create Wording Guidelines for campaigns supporting marketing events, such as sales and collaborations
• Assist Graphic Designers by ensuring on-brand messaging for a variety of creative assets
• Establish and maintain our brand's Tone of Voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels
• Drive the thoughtful use of AI-supported tools and workflows to scale creative output, while setting guardrails that protect Westwing’s brand voice, quality standards, and creative excellence

YOU COME WITH

• 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within a brand or creative agency environment, preferably with first experience in leadership
• Fluency in both English and German
• Marketing expertise with solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand positioning strategies
• Exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in both English and German
• Proficiency in using and creating AI prompts without reliance on them
• Creativity and wit with a sense of humour as sharp as your grammar
