As  Marketing Communication Lead  at ctrl QS,  your mission is to  t ranslate our business strategy  and  technical service portfolio  into a clear market positioning and consistently apply marketing communication that drives visibility, credibility, and  demand.   You will dive deep into our ctrl QS services, our service  approach  and our brand to create a holistic experience for clients and potential clients and their specific needs.

T o  achieve that y ou  will  own the  hands-on execution of marketing communication  across all relevant channels and assets, turning complex, niche services into  understandable narratives  and materials that support sales, go-to-market, and growth.

This role is  available  full-time or part-time.

What you´ll do

• Marketing Communication Execution :   Own and execute website, LinkedIn, client-facing slide decks, and flagship solution materials
• Create and  maintain  clear  narratives :   Translate complex  and  technical topics into understandable, engaging, and sales-relevant communication
• Develop and  maintain  solution-specific communication assets :   Creating and aligning on pitch decks, marketing  assets  and brand content
• Digital & Social Media :   Own ing  the ctrl QS website s and  develops  all social media channels of ctrl QS in relation to the strategic direction of the organization and brand communication
• Brand Ownership & Management :   You o vers ee  brand development by  defining  guidelines  and  through  creative marketing concepts
• Continuously  monitors  marketing and industry trends :   you  monitor  what’s  going on in the scene as well as competitor communication strategies
• Optimization & Performance :   Monitor performance of marketing communication activities using defined KPIs
• AI, Efficiency & Scalability :   Leverage AI tools, automation, and templates to increase speed, consistency, and scalability of marketing delivery
