IT Administrator Application Support (m / f / d)

The position is permanent and full-time at the earliest possible date at our office in Saarbrücken.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of various business applications including the interfaces connected to them as well as archive systems and Windows clients (HCL Domino and Notes, Microsoft Office Suite, IQDoQ HyperDoc, VisiTour, DictNow, but also individual software solutions of the medical service)
• Packaging & deployment of software packages via software distribution (PDQ)
• Administration and maintenance of databases (Firebird, Postgres, MS-SQL)
• 1st and 2nd level support on site or remotely for our employees including analysis, solution and problem management
• Support in various IT projects, both in the conceptual co-design or independent realization
• Collaboration with specialist departments and external service providers
