YOUR TASKS

• Drive the development and implementation of our Supply Chain strategy across Logistics, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality Management
• Lead strategic transformation projects , especially in Logistics (e.g., network optimization, warehouse development, implementation of new organizational structures), as well as cross-functional initiatives
• Manage stakeholder engagement , including targeted communication to top management and preparation of decision papers for the Executive Board and steering committees
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops , ensuring effective knowledge transfer across functions
• Conduct data-driven analyses and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Act as a sparring partner for operational and strategic implementation teams on company-wide transformation initiatives
• Identify improvement opportunities along the end-to-end Supply Chain and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
