Quality Control / Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will carry out precise quality checks and measurements on incoming goods, during ongoing production and on finished products.
• You evaluate and approve components and products and ensure that only impeccable quality is delivered to our customers.
• You will create traceable quality and test documentation and ensure its completeness and conformity – especially with regard to audits and customer requirements.
• In close cooperation with production, development and quality, you will be involved in the processing of quality deviations and support the implementation of improvement measures.

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideal for career changers: Any prior education or experience in quality assurance or technical trades is welcomed but not necessary. If you have a natural curiosity for how things work and a commitment to precision, we offer a supportive environment where your aptitude for quality is prioritized over your previous industry.

• Language skills: Very good written and spoken English, German is nice to have for onsite collaboration, but not necessary.
