We an International Trading Company for export documentation are looking for an English speaking Administrative assistant for our Finance department.
Ihre Aufgaben
Day-to-day reconciliations of sales and stock;
Timely communication with suppliers on the day to day matters;
Effective cash management (money receivables / top-ups, balances controlling);
Posting accounting records related to the payments area;
Supporting internal accounting processes set up and reconciliation automatization by the internal tool.
Tracing and calculations of clients' invoices;
Analyzing and optimizing the company's expenses, posting accounting records;
Controlling day-to-day payments for Company’s operations;
Taking care of the day-to-day accounting duties and assisting the Finance Manager;
preparing cost reports
monitoring sales and stock movements
creating report for management from data received
following up on supplier invoices
following up on service provider invoices
All you need is :
Degree in finance or accounting;
Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting entries;
Advanced Excel user;
English – higher level
Able to learn quickly;
Able to work within deadlines in a challenging environment.
