Responsibilities

• Accompany the teams and the organization on the journey to an agile structure
• Be a Change Agent (m / f / d) during this development
• Serve the team and organization by coaching, supporting and training
• Empowering teams to embrace change by instilling adaptability and resilience
• Working towards creating an environment that nurtures innovation, learning, and a shared sense of purpose, supporting a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Defining and tracking relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and DevOps integration, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Actively participating in optimizing workflows, identifying and removing impediments

Qualifications

• Successfully completed Masters s or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Project Management or similar
• Successfully completed certification in the field of Agile Project Management, Agile Organization, Change Management or Coaching
• Several years of experience as Agile Coach (m / f / d) in Software Development, Software Architecture or similar areas
• Extensive experience in organizational change processes
• Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks
• Capability to conduct training sessions and workshops for teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written in English
• Understanding and empathizing with the challenges and concerns of team members, fostering an environment where individuals feel heard and valued
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution
• Skill in facilitating various Agile ceremonies and workshops, ensuring active participation, engagement, and productive outcomes
