YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

Drive,develop and optimize our global financial compliance setup for ourthree businesses Leica Microsystems, Leica Biosystems, andMammotome, with 70 legal entities and approximately $2.5Brevenue

Overseeing allfinancial compliance and internal controls (incl. SOX) relatedtopics from planning to controversy, process optimization and riskassessment

Driving Leica sBalance Sheet Review program (Internal Audit) as well as anadaptive trainingagenda

Maintaining policies,guidance and documentation in close cooperation with the respectivelocal finance teams

Actingas point of contact for all relevantinquiries

Businesspartnering and close collaboration with our Financial Controllersworldwide

Contributing incross-functionalprojects

YOURPROFILE

University'sdegree in Economics or Finance and preferably additionalqualification as Certified Tax Advisor, Chartered Public Accountantor Certified InternalAuditor

Aminimum of five years ofprofessional experience in Internal Audit and / or Public Accounting,preferably in a multinational company environment and / orinternational audit firm (BigFour)

Excellent knowledge of internal control environments, SOX andUS-GAAP

FluentEnglish, written andspoken

Availability totravel worldwide up to30%
