Finance Director (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Director starting in as soon as possible.

Key Activities and Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role will include :

• Forecasting, budgeting & cashflow management
• Build & manage financial reports
• Managing growing Finance team
• Oversee & review accounting tasks and compliance
• Presents financial reports to the Exec team & other stakeholders
• Advise management on cost saving & efficiency opportunities
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Supporting operational Finance
• Manage & improve financial IT environment

Your profile :

• Good knowledge of ERP, FP&A software and advanced Excel skills
• Understands financial reporting and has strong analytical skills
• Communicates effectively with very good written and verbal communications skills in English and German
• Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels
• Good knowledge of IFRS and HGB Accounting standards
• Able to multitask, well organized and resilient
