What you´ll do

  • Drive the long-term vision, strategy and project pipeline for new business capability concepts enabled by data & digital solutions and build business cases that are in alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead and manage projects end-to-end, all the way from rough concept, to prototyping and MVP pilot testing, coordinating a wide range of internal departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, IT) and external partners
  • Create scalability and monetization concepts : define how MVPs can be successfully scaled up and turned into a valuable new service / product offering, present requirements to senior leadership
  • Connect with leading tech agencies, service providers and other organizations to build a network of partners to implement projects, generate new ideas and get the latest technology innovation insights
  • Transfer the project know-how and build the internal people capabilities / skill sets needed for project scaling through trainings
  • Ensure internal teams remain up-to-date on project developments and that launches are communicated strategically externally
  • Continuously assess the latest industry and competitor developments in relation to the projects, and act as a trusted expert for the business on the newest game changing innovations in relation to data & digital

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology or Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a B2B environment, ideally the packaging or manufacturing industry
  • Skilled at defining new innovative business capability concepts, building business cases and defining prototype / MVP / scale-up requirements, preferably combined with knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g. AI, IoT)
  • Excellent project management skills to execute projects end-to-end and coordinate a wide range of stakeholders
  • Fluent English skills
