Freelance Data Center Bauleiter (Site Manager) – Stuttgart / Leipzig / Nuremberg

We are seeking experienced freelance Bauleiter for client-side site management of data center projects in Stuttgart, Leipzig, and Nuremberg .

Key Details :

• Role : Bauleiter (Site Manager) – Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP focus
• Location : On-site in Stuttgart , Leipzig , or Nuremberg
• Duration : 4–9 months
• Working Time : Full-time on site, 5 days / week, 8–10 hours / day
• Languages : Fluent German (C1+) and good English required
• Experience : Strong on-site experience in MEP, mechanical, or electrical trades – ideally within data center or critical infrastructure projects
• Scope :
• Oversee daily on-site works and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and client teams
• Report regularly on progress and issues
