Valeos VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Your challenges?

Mission - both in terms of strategy and operational deployment :

Ensure convergence and consistency between product marketing and sales, pilot development of the given market with the aim of promoting the sales results of the existing distributors and appoint those of new distributors.

Main tasks :

Sales-oriented product management in the independent aftermarket with responsibility for margins and turnover

Carrying out market and competition analyses as well as developing and implementing product / market strategies

Planning and implementation of sales promotion campaigns

Close cooperation with the field sales force to successfully implement sales promotion measures

Preparation and implementation of the annual marketing plan as well as implementation of the pricing strategy

Regular contact with customers, international manufacturing plants and European marketing

Lets talk about you

Completed studies in the field of marketing, business administration, industrial engineering or business administration

Interest in the field of product management in industry or trade and in the automotive aftermarket

Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel

Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

High level of commitment as well as an independent and professional way of working

Very good English language skills - German language skills are an advantage

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
