This permanent full-time position involves controlling and monitoring the entrance and exit areas and processing supplier traffic. In addition, the position provides support in the event of emergency and fault reports and initiates appropriate measures.

• Controlling and monitoring the entrance and exit areas
• Welcoming, registering, and assisting visitors and suppliers
• Issuing and checking visitor badges
• Processing emergency calls to the control center
• Monitoring security and fire protection equipment
• Operating building management systems and video surveillance systems
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Processing incoming mail and goods
• Providing support in emergencies and initiating appropriate measures
• General administrative tasks
