Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients.
Guide businesses through onboarding and help them launch high-performing PPC campaigns .
Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote Google Ads solutions.
Identify client goals and offer tailored marketing strategies.
Drive performance upselling and long-term client satisfaction.
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Requirements
Languages : Native / C2 Dutch C1 English (French is a plus)
Education : BA / BS degree (preferably in Marketing Business or Communication)
Experience : At least 1.5 years in sales marketing or account management
Comfortable using CRM systems and AI-based outreach tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proactive goal-oriented and customer-focused
Benelux Market Expertise
Understanding of local culture business practices and GDPR regulations
Skilled in stakeholder management and strategic relationship building
Capable of identifying new opportunities and tracking ROI performance

Salary : 23876 gross / year up to 3408 annual bonus
