Job Title : Senior Sales Executive - Commercial Refrigeration

Location : GERMANY

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in commercial refrigeration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the refrigeration sector.. This role requires a deep understanding of the market and customer base, particularly within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the commercial refrigeration sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers and major accounts within the industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by leveraging your extensive industry network.
  • Provide expert knowledge and consultation on refrigeration products and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the refrigeration industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the German refrigeration market and key customer bases, especially retail clients.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the refrigeration sector.
