Senior OEM Sales Manager - DACH Region
Job Overview
As an Senior OEM Sales Manager you will be reporting to the Managing Director, and you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, securing new design wins, and achieving revenue quotas within your assigned accounts and territory.
You will exhibit a deep understanding of complex sales processes and be able to demonstrate sales success. You will have a successful track record of technical solution selling and quickly and comfortably develop director level relationships.
You will be responsible for establishing, generating, and developing specific sales objectives within strategic opportunities in your territory.
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Qualify opportunities quickly and effectively.
- Review new leads and strategically prospect into target accounts within territory to build pipeline.
- Capture and update opportunity information in Salesforce.
- Understand customer decision making process and communicate requirements clearly to the organization.
- Be knowledgeable and proficient in presenting the products and technologies to your customers and partners.
- Build relationships with key decision makers.
- Build relationships, manage, and coordinate sales activities with our distribution and reps partners.
- Negotiate the best deal possible.
- Generate revenue growth at new and existing customers.
- Bear responsibility for customers through all stages of the Sales Process.
- Understand customer forecast and secure orders against stated lead times.
- Identify and execute long term strategy plans for strategic customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Computer Science.
- Electrical or Software Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years sales experience in a semiconductor, electronics, or technology company
- Proven ability to learn technical products.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong oral and written communication in English and German. French is a plus.
- Travel Required 25-50%
Location / Travel
You will report to our office in Germany. While physical presence in the office is not mandatory, if working remotely, your proximity to a major European airport is necessary.
Most of your travel will be within Europe, with occasional international trips. Travel required up to 25-50% of the time.
