Senior Data Analyst - Grow & Engage

We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Senior Data Analyst to work embedded in our Grow & Engage domain, one of our cross-functional areas shaping the development of one of the world's leading FinTech products. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and coach other analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and

causal, impact-focused decision making

across the team.

This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona or Berlin.

About the opportunity

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will enable our Product & Business Segments (Acquire, Memberships, and Engagement) in the Growth and Engage domain to make

causally sound, evidence-based decisions

robust experimental and causal inference approaches
