Project Manager

My client is a Input and Output Management consultancy that makes ERP documents. They are growing rapidly and looking to add team members to our team in Germany.

The Job

The purpose of the role as Project manager is to plan, steer, and manage the professional delivery of output management projects to our customers in the European markets with a focus on Germany.

You will report to the team lead. You will be responsible for the efficient and professional implementation of some of our major projects in the European markets.

We mostly handle Lasernet for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, and you will be an essential part of a well-functioning delivery and support organization.

Together with your project management colleagues and your team of Lasernet consultants, you ensure that processes are optimized to improve the department's quality and customer experience.

You will be the contact point for internal and external communication in the individual projects and function as the daily contact between the consultant, the sales department, and the external parties the customer and the ERP partner.

Some of your exciting responsibilities will be :

• Ensure project management for customers in Europe
• Close communication with our partners and customers in the DACH region
• Facilitate project-scope meetings, coordinate and control the delivery process from start to finish
• Collaborate with our Solution Architects to ensure quality
• Resource allocation, prioritization, and follow-up on tasks and progress
• Close communication and cooperation with customers, as well as with ERP partners
• Project administration and governance

About You

The background needed to succeed as a Project manager can vary from person to person. Still, we have put together a set of minimum skills / experiences that we hope to see in all candidates :

Relevant work experience

o Minimum 5-8 years of successful systems implementation of CRM, ERP, or niche market software solutions (you are a successful implementation consultant today and would like to use your skills and experience in new exciting areas) or

o Minimum 3-5 years of successful project management of CRM, ERP, or niche market software solutions

Customer-Centric

o Customer-facing attitude and excellent communication skills.

o 100% commitment to customer satisfaction and knows the importance of customer perception.

Global Outlook / Awareness

o Any combination of experience abroad, experience working for a global organization, experience on multi-cultural teams.

You are "globally literate."

o Demonstrates an awareness of cultural sensitivities and has the ability to communicate effectively on global teams.

o German & English, fluent, oral, and in writing. (advantage of knowledge of other languages)

Education

o Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, International Business, Computer Sciences, etc.

o Relevant project management courses and certifications
