Bilingual Customer Support Representative (German & English) Remote from Greece

We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our international team working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. This is more than just a job it's an opportunity to enjoy the Greek lifestyle: amazing beaches, vibrant cities, great food, and a welcoming culture.
What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:
Support customers via phone, email, and chat in German
Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues with efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in every interaction
Requirements:
German proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong team spirit and positive attitude
Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
