Senior Account Executive - SaaS ESG Solutions

Location : Frankfurt (Hybrid / Remote)

Salary : €70,000 fixed salary plus double OTE

The Role

Our client, an innovative SaaS company at the forefront of ESG data management, are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead their sales efforts in the DACH region.

Targeting Enterprise clients, primarily in Germany, you will benefit from a market where companies urgently need tools like this to manage and report their sustainability data.

In this role, you’ll own the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. You’ll work closely with C-level decision-makers, showcasing the value of a platform designed to help them achieve their ESG goals.

You’re a proven sales professional with :

• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (4 years+)
• A natural talent for building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of exceeding targets
• An affinity for sustainability and a passion for making an impact
• Fluent English speaker and ideally good German skills
