Sales Representative Germany - Regional (m/f/d)
Your areas of responsibilities :
- You play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our products throughout Germany
- Taking ownership of a designated sales area within Germany, you will develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration
- You will actively engage with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive product sales and meet revenue targets
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our product portfolio, car seats, strollers, furniture , you will effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to customers
- Cultivating strong relationships with key accounts and clients, you will serve as a trusted advisor, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, you will provide valuable insights and feedback to improve performance
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will adapt to changing priorities and overcome challenges with resilience and determination
Your profile of qualification :
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the consumer goods industry, preferably with child safety products, strollers, or furniture
- Proven ability to thrive in a faced-paced sales environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in German, English on B1 level
