(Senior) Product Manager Innovation - US (f/m/d)

As ( Senior) Product Manager Innovation - US (f / m / d) at envelio your are responsible to enable a product-market-fit for our customers in North America and especially the U.

S. In this role, you have the end-to-end responsibility to improve our product bringing it to the next level. You will work across departments with Designers, Engineers and Product Managers (based in our German headquarter) and Customer Success, Business Development and Sales Managers (based in the US) to improve the user experience for our customers in the U.S.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You develop a deep understanding of envelio’s IGP, the U.S. market as well as the needs and challenges of our U.S. customers
• You develop and execute strategies to align the IGP with the specific needs and preferences of the U.S. market, ensuring the product-market fit and driving adoptions
• You understand a complex B2B-product within the regulated market of renewable energies and electrical power grids, and you can prioritize according to the stakeholders’ needs
• You manage the expectations and timelines of the key stakeholders in the US in a project-like environment including tender processes and timeline-driven contracts while keeping an agile product-driven way of working
• You visit our U.S. customers and industry events regularly to get first-hand insights to improve our product
• You systematically analyze and prioritize the feedback of your stakeholders and align the roadmap together with our VP Product and Product Managers
• You break down complex user needs and write clear product requirements in collaboration with the Product Managers

What you need to succeed

• You have a Master’s Degree, Ph.D. or an equivalent qualification in Technical Business Management, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or an equivalent field of study
• You have at least 3 years of experience in (SaaS) product management as a Product Manager, Product Owner or in Software Engineering and / or you have at least 3 years of experience in project management
• You are familiar with the energy industry and have at least 3 years of professional experience in this field - ideally in the U.S. utilities industry
• You are fluent in English
• You have a strong sense of ownership and your affinity to work autonomously in a
• result-oriented way is clearly pronounced
• Your working style is characterized by an analytical and structured way of thinking
• You are proficient in modern best practices for product managers and / or project management, including working with empowered, cross-functional teams in an agile and / or project-oriented environment
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate the whole team
