As a Technical Support Engineer (f / m / x) in the field of customer support, you will work in 2nd-level support and ensure that our customers and our global teams are supported quickly and efficiently.
Job Description
- Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on complex technical equipment, primarily in-house and on-site as needed
- Providing technical support training for internal colleagues and international sales partners
- Providing technical support for our sales and service companies worldwide
- Creating and preparing technical documentation, especially for error analysis and troubleshooting purposes
- Maintenance and further development of relevant content in the product knowledge database (PKDB) and / or similar systems
- Design and implementation of e-learning units to convey knowledge efficiently and digitally
- Creation of video documentation on maintenance, commissioning, repairs, and troubleshooting
Qualifications
