Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development manager to join their team in Germany.
Your Main Responsibilities :
- Create and put into action thorough business development plans to spur expansion and accomplish organisational goals.
- To increase our presence, find and assess new alliances, markets, and commercial prospects.
- Take the lead in creating long-term strategic plans that include growth estimates, competitive assessments, and market analyses.
- Carry out in-depth market research to keep up with changes in the competitive environment, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Examine market data to find possibilities and hazards, then create plans to either take advantage of or lessen them.
- Using market intelligence, provide top management strategic insights and recommendations.
- Oversee and guide a group of experts in business development to accomplish strategic objectives.
- Offer direction, coaching, and assistance to improve the team's abilities and output.
- Encourage a high-performance culture that prioritises customer happiness and strategic growth.
- Establish and preserve solid bonds with important parties, such as technology partners, OEMs, and influential members of the industry.
- To strengthen our position in the market, we negotiate and form strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Represent the business at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to highlight our strengths and establish new connections.
Your Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a similar discipline. An MBA is desirable.
- 10+ years' experience in the automotive infotainment or technology sectors in business development, strategic planning, or a similar capacity.
- A track record of creating and implementing effective business development plans.
- Thorough knowledge of new trends, market dynamics, and infotainment systems for automobiles.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Capacity to establish and preserve enduring bonds with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities combined with a strategic outlook.
- Skilled in business intelligence platforms, market research instruments, and CRM applications.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
