- As our Sales Manager SaaS (m / f / d) for Germany, your primary focus will be to unleash your hunting skills, forging strong relationships, and winning over future customers within the healthcare industry.
- Your mission is clear : close contracts and cultivate long-lasting partnerships with both existing and new healthcare clients, particularly those sending samples.
- You'll proactively seek out potential customers within the healthcare industry, utilizing your persuasive prowess to initiate meaningful conversations about our products and services.
- Your knack for identifying and qualifying leads will be your secret weapon, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities to keep our sales momentum strong
- You'll schedule and conduct captivating product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the unique advantages of our SaaS applications to potential clients.
- Close collaboration with our marketing and product development teams is key. Your insights will help us streamline the customer acquisition process and refine our offerings.
- You identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, directly contributing to revenue growth.
- You diligently track and analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates, win / loss ratios, and revenue forecasts. You use this data to make strategic decisions that will elevate our performance.
- You are the driving force behind sales optimization, relentlessly pursuing excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- You've got proven sales experience and the chops as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or Sales Manager (m / f / d).
- Your educational background in medical device, pharma, medicine, or related healthcare fields, combined with your passion for IT and software solutions, sets you apart.
- Your sales talent, impeccable rhetoric, and ability to maintain composure and a winning smile under pressure make you a master of overcoming objections and challenges.
- Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills allow you to build rapport, establish trust, and win over even the most skeptical individuals.
- You thrive on self-motivation and have a proactive, results-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to excel and contribute to our company's success.
- Your track record speaks for itself consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas is your norm.
- You're ready to hit the road within your target region (approximately 80% of the time) for on-site customer visits. A valid driver's license is a must.
- You embody the spirit of a hunter, relentlessly identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- You're a native German speaker with a solid command of English.
