Associate Director Market Access Solid Tumours, EU Markets (fully remote)

Are you passionate about making life-changing therapies accessible to patients worldwide?

Are you an outside-of-the-box thinker?

We are seeking a hands on Market Access Expert to implement global strategies, ensuring country affiliates secure favourable product access through expertise in access routes, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand-aligned market access strategies to optimise value and access.
  • Plan and generate evidence (clinical, economic, and humanistic) for new products; enhance value propositions for in-line brands.
  • Create and update global market access tools (e.g., global value dossiers) to support pricing and access.

Your Profile

  • Breast cancer expertise and product launch experience preferred.
  • 5+ years in pharma, with 3+ in European market access.
  • Proven pricing and reimbursement expertise across Europe and globally; experience in "Big 5" markets highly desirable.
