The Team – your impact
As a Business Analyst in the External Communication team, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our external & internal communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of external communication and brand management.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for external communication and brand
- Performing through analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization
- Translating business requirements into comprehensive IT issues (Epics, User stories, …)
- Creating test plans and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of technology solutions, working closely with technical teams
- Monitoring and tracking progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Development and maintaince of documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
- Providing training and support to end-users to maximize the value and effectiveness of implemented solutions
