What you’ll do

As a Product Manager (f / m / d) (job title : Product Expert / Senior Product Specialist), you will be at the forefront of defining AI-driven solutions within our SAP PLM environment.

Your role will involve close collaboration with functional experts to understand domain-specific needs and translate these into actionable AI requirements.

You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to rollout, ensuring that our solutions enable product-centric organizations to deliver innovative and sustainable products.

As a Product Manager (f / m / d) you will :

• Define and prioritize AI use cases for the SAP PLM system that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for AI integration.
• Work closely with functional experts across various domains to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Develop detailed product requirements and roadmaps, articulating both functional and technical needs.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of AI features.
• Oversee the product lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and user feedback.
• Measure and analyze product performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP PLM, with hands-on experience in deploying AI solutions within this framework.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills, German nice to have.
