Your areas of responsibilities :
- Marketing responsibility for the Business unit Child Safety (Technologies)
- view and alignment over all departments, e.g. PMK, Campaign, Trade, Digital, PR, SM, International Marketing etc
- Working closely with the other Business Units, lead execution of specific projects ensuring cross channel alignment and well-timed campaign
- Lead and development go-to-market tools for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and tactical marketing initiatives
- Work out full campaign plans and mechanism from the conception phase to market launch as well as the phase after launch ( incl. necessary budgets) on all channels (own / third party, on- / offline)
- Plan and manage the campaign specific toolbox in order to guarantee and control global campaign launches (product and category) taking market specific needs in consideration.
- Accompany and take responsibility for the whole development process of campaigns
- Be the contact person for all relevant marketing and non-marketing units in order to get consumer centric holistic, multichannel campaigns
- Act as project manager for the complete campaign and communication management and involve all stakeholders at director and VP level.
- Be an impulse generator, develop target group-oriented cross-channel campaigns and be responsible for the communication of child safety products from their creation to campaign and rollout planning to life cycle management
- Manage and accompany photo shootings and video productions
- The identification and evaluation of online marketing trends through continuous market and competition monitoring.
- Establish and continuously strive to optimize the operational workflows to drive a seamless and successful collaboration with the entire team
- Be the Business Unit Brand Guardian onboarding and overseeing internal and external partners to protect the CYBEX brand affinity
- Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to ensure goals and expectations for all marketing promotion work are met within a timely manner
- Keep track of and facilitate cost and invoice management
- Challenge input briefs, identify gaps or inconsistencies in order to facilitate an efficient creative kick off and end to end execution
- Together with the digital team drive the digital transformation of the Business Unit capitalizing on the arising opportunities (eg. Direct marketing)
Your profile of qualification :
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and / or a Business Management related subjectMinimum 5 years’ experience in a leading marketing, brand, communications role in an international contextExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills combined with innovative thinking and creativityProven ability to plan and manage budgetsProject management skills combined with high analytical skills and hands on mentalityFluent level of both spoken and written German and English
