A world-leading provider of imaging products and services based in Amstelveen has an exciting opportunity for a Web & Content Specialist to join their rapidly evolving and dynamic marketing communication team.
As a Web & Content Specialist, you will oversee the creation, development, distribution, and management of asset and content plans for multi-channel marketing campaigns across Europe, ensuring strong alignment with all relevant departments and the local markets

Web & Content Specialist Main Responsibilities:
•Coordinate, create and distribute relevant content for social, website, magazine and email across EU
•Support development of launch related assets and lifecycle marketing messaging
•Develop strategies and assist in executing targeted content initiatives for magazines and email campaigns
•Coordinate an integrated communicational roadmap together with Manager MarCom & track progress
•Content reviews with local markets on related content & partners
•Manage EU content distribution planning for NPL, campaigns and general content cross channel
•Content production handling pre and postproduction, approvals & reviews
•Collaborates with Marketing Specialist and Digital Content Coordinator to order & structure assets from internal •Content approvals and overview of distribution on the internal channels
•Collaborate closely with Digital Web team; and initiate the creation of web content briefs.
•Be the main point of contact for any web content production questions
•Assist with marketing initiatives as needed for managing end-to-end influencer marketing including creating compelling content, on boarding, gear management, asset operations and reporting
•Closely align assets with responsible counterparts for website, media, social, trade, PR, localization or various Pan EU projects

Web & Content Specialist Ideal Candidate:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing related areas, Web Design, Graphic Arts, Content Management, Information Management or Communications or equivalent
•3-5 years in working in a content planning & distribution function in a multi-market approach, added advantage is social media and influencer management content streams
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required, other languages desirable
•Managing planning and asset reviews across social media, website, influencer and with multiple agencies
•Experience with online blogs / magazines & content asset handling
•Experience with managing complex always on content calendars for multiple markets in a digital tool
•Managing multi-channel campaigns and projects
•Demonstrates a track record in being involved in planning, designing, implementing, executing social media, magazine & influencer strategies
•Understanding of photo industry and core target audiences
•Demonstrates strategic perspective and sound judgement
•Exceptional in customer centricity and customer-oriented strategies
