- Design and implement strategicframeworks (Content, Social Media, etc.) that guide digital brandmarketing initiatives. Establish clear guidelines per channel andbest practices for content creation and digitalassets.
- Provide creative direction andinspiration to digital brand marketing (DBM) managers. Fosterinnovation by keeping the team abreast of the latest trends,technologies, and best practices in digital contentcreation.
- Collaborate with various creativedigital agencies / content creators to support DBM’s in developingcutting-edge content that resonates with target audiences. Act as aliaison between the Content Excellence Partners (Creative X, Vidsy,etc.) and Global Brand Teams to integrate best practices andinnovative digital solutions.
- Lead the GlobalDBMs, who are reporting solid line to the Global Brands / Categorieswith a dotted line in a matrix structure : Provide strategicguidance and mentorship, ensuring content excellence across allbrand touchpoints. Conduct regular training sessions and workshopsto elevate the skills and knowledge of digital brand marketingmanagers. Ensure new hires are onboarded and trained. Stay updatedwith industry developments and ensure the team is continuouslylearning and evolving. Encourage a culture of continuousimprovement and professional growth within theteam.
- Facilitate regular communication andcollaboration between key countries and regional teams to shareinsights, successes, and learnings.
- Createstandardized processes and workflows for collaborating with regionsand agencies ensuring efficiency and alignment with brandstandards.
