Hauptaufgaben

• Evaluating, planning, and documenting comprehensive maintenance, supply, transportation, and ammunition management operations across subordinate organizations to support the TLSC-E/A.
• Coordinating repair, storage, and retail-to-wholesale accountability for major weapon systems and complex combat support equipment, including managing STAMIS interfaces and database linkages.
• Developing and maintaining industry-standard databases, spreadsheets, and metrics to forecast requirements, measure production goals, analyze supply/transportation efficiency, and reduce overall pipeline costs.
• Providing critical analytical documentation to maintenance and supply managers to guide decision-making regarding space management, workload forecasting, inventory levels, and customer support timelines.
• Preparing and delivering key logistics briefings to internal and external stakeholders, while actively participating in compliance reviews, command inspections, and audits.

Qualifikationsanforderungen

C-5a:
MINIMUM Hauptschulabschluss (E&T Level I) PLUS 2 years of clerical experience PLUS 2 years of job related experience.

Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of clerical experience.

Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade.


C-06:
MINIMUM Hauptschulabschluss (E&T Level I) PLUS 2 years of clerical experience PLUS 3 years of job related experience.

Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of clerical experience.

Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade.

Definition – Clerical Experience & Job Related Experience:
Clerical Experience: Included clerical work in an office or store, working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc.

Job Related Experience: Experience in the same or similar line of work as the job for which considered. The experience must demonstrate that the applicant possesses the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required in the position. The predominant experience must have been gained at a comparable level of difficulty to the position to be filled.

• Position may be filled at the C-5a or at the full performance level, C-06. The incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to the next higher or full performance level in accordance with regulatory requirements, upon completion of required training, and recommendation of supervisor.

• Employee may perform the work at a location away from the regular worksite (e.g. at home) on a non-routine, ad-hoc basis. This includes work performed to complete a short-term special assignment or to accommodate special circumstances.

• If requirement exists, the incumbent of this position is obligated to perform TDY within and outside Germany, shift work, weekend and holiday work.

• Office automation skills required.

• Applicant must be in the possession of a valid driver's license class B and must be able to obtain/maintain a military motor vehicle operator's license.

• English Language Proficiency level C1 AND German Language Proficiency level C1 required.
