Our client is currently looking for a Global Insurance Manager with a scope based all around Europe with 40,000+ Employees. You'll be working with a fantastic company providing a flexible hybrid working policy and many other great benefits.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic consulting on complex insurance matters across a wide range of industrial insurance sectors, including Property / Casualty, Financial Lines, and Employee Benefits.
  • Analyze and optimize insurance portfolios to identify and mitigate risks of duplication, underinsurance, or overinsurance.
  • Take full accountability for managing group-wide insurance policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and design as well as implement company-wide loss prevention strategies.
  • Lead risk inspections, evaluate risk reports critically, and ensure recommendations are followed up.
  • Manage insurance renewal activities effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory developments to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Develop and enforce internal insurance-related policies and procedures.
  • Handle stakeholder management, both internal and external.
  • Oversee financial management related to insurance, including budgeting, allocation reviews, and invoice verification.
  • Lead international projects to identify and implement strategic improvements and cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations for senior management, both regularly and on an ad-hoc basis.

Your Profile :

  • Degree in insurance, risk management, business administration, law, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in industrial insurance, with deep expertise in relevant sectors and proven experience with international insurance programs.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prepare and confidently present reports and decision-making materials to senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in English, with negotiation-level proficiency.
