Internal Business Analyst (AI & Process Automation)

What Youll Do :

• Process Discovery & Audit : Deep dive into the workflows of internal departments (e.g. How does HR process 500 CVs). Identify inefficiencies and human middleware.
• Solution Design : Create detailed technical specifications for automation. Draw process flows in Mermaid and write logic descriptions in clear Markdown.
• Stakeholder Management : Manage expectations. Explain to non-technical colleagues what is technically feasible and cost-effective. Protect the dev team from chaotic requirements.
• AI Integration : Proactively identify opportunities to inject AI into workflows (e.g. Lets use an LLM agent to classify incoming support tickets instead of keyword rules).
• Acceptance Testing : Verify that the solution delivered by developers actually solves the business problem defined in your spec.
