The Job
As the e-commerce manager you will be in charge of on-page marketing and optimisation as well as some digital marketing and paid ads. The main responsibiliy is the online store, where you will ensure that it's perfectly tailored to the local market in terms of "look and feel" and the provided information. Your daily work will include tasks like these :
Directly consult customers in the Scandinavian markets (especially Sweden) and work across the lead funnel to increase salesPlan and execute marketing campaigns throughout the year, including themes, pricing, discounts, bundles, and moreKeep prices, product descriptions, and website content updated according to the global standards and local needsKeep track of and be accountable for sales goals for SwedenAnalyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for marketing purposesWork closely with marketing to identify localised marketing opportunitiesIncrease traffic and conversion rates, and enhance online presence through SEO and SEM techniquesImplement process improvements and maintain data accuracy.The Profile
You speak and write Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1).At least 2 years experience managing an e-commerce store.Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2C (online or offline).Hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ads is a plus.Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is a plus.You have a basic level of handling computers and managing tools.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills as required to effectively communicate to a diverse audience. You are confident, driven and results-oriented.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and great analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue.The Employer
