Aufgaben
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue.
- Build a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, customer acquisition, and brand awareness goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the Resi Tenant App and enhance its market presence.
- Foster strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and secure partnerships with property management solutions and smart meter providers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Qualifikation
- Proven track record in senior roles within sales and marketing exposure.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality or technology sectors is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and adapt to market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM systems.
