Team Lead Data Analytics & BI (mfd)

What you will do

Become part of our agile Data team in Munich or Berlin where we share insights into our business and products to the whole company and enable each colleague to make better decisions through data.

• You lead the transition from static reporting to predictive data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics across the organization.
• You design and implement a robust semantic data layer and KPI framework establishing governance standards that ensure accurate consistent and compliant metrics.
• You define and roll out (LLM-based) self-service analytics enabling intuitive data access for non-technical users.
• You act as a strategic partner to leadership translating business goals into measurable KPI and actionable insights.
• You lead coach and develop the Data Analyst team continuously improving workflows and allocating resources effectively.
• You design and innovate how customer facing teams and customers interact with carbon footprint data
• You drive the BI / Analytics roadmap prioritizing initiatives aligning with strategic business goals and ensuring timely high-quality outcomes.
