Missions

  • In charge of corporate sales for the DACH region
  • Coordinates actions and missions on corporate sales with Accorhotels Group
  • Increases sales performance of the corporate customer portfolio trough higher penetration within the existing accounts
  • Acquires new corporate accounts with focus on extended stay (4 nights and more) to increase the customer portfolio of the DACH region
  • Develops corporate crossselling revenue for the French and Central European properties

Tasks

Sales Management

  • Manages existing multisite accounts (including RFP contracting and sales animation)
  • Acquires new accounts through sales actions (teleacquisition onetoone email marketing)
  • Provides recommendations for short term and long term sales strategies
  • Participates actively in the definition of and implements the sales action plan
  • Transfers leads to other aparthotels or sales teams of other European regions
  • Communication

  • Liaises closely with the Account Managers of the Accor Group to promote the Aparthotels Adagio in the global RFPs
  • Works in close collaboration with aparthotels General Managers through regular conference calls and / or meetings on achieved results development opportunities market and competition information and trends
  • Reporting Tools & Benchmark

  • Conducts regular sales reporting according to the Adagio guidelines
  • Manages the relevant CRM databases and tools
  • Conducts regular market and competition checks and informs the team about news and trends
  • Qualifications :

  • Capacity to convert the companys guidelines into sales objectives
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and distribution actors ideally also on extended stay
  • Result oriented and persuasive
  • Capable to create animate and develop a customer portfolio
  • Strong communication skills (powerpoint presentation video call oral communication)
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English French would be a plus
  • Proficient handling of MS Excel and first experience with a CRM
  • Ready to travel regularly typically 1 or 2 per month
