Monks Germany is looking for an HR Business Partner at location Munich to support the German People Department to ensure we’re delivering an exceptional employee experience as we scale rapidly.

Let us give you an idea of your responsibilities :

• You provide competent, friendly and advisory support across all locations as a contact person for all employee concerns relating to various HR and labour law issues along the employee lifecycle
• You address employee concerns, mediate conflicts and promote a positive work culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives
• Building close and trusting working relationships both internally and externally and conducting employee interviews
• Supporting the implementation of global / regional HR programmes. You will work on national and international HR projects
• Creating reports as required and updating the local people decks and people sites
• Operational HR work / administration : support in the entire HR management process, from on- to off boarding
• Together with the team, you will manage HR administration, such as maintaining employee information, holidays and maintaining master data in Workday and processing enquiries via our ticket system
• Whether it's certificates of employment, employment contracts, amendments or employment and interim references : You conscientiously create all contract documents and work on the preparatory payroll accounting
