Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in global logistics where you can work with international clients and handle time-critical air freight operations? Our client, a leading logistics specialist, is seeking a German-speaking Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic and multilingual team in Frankfurt.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Deal with international air freight agents, airline operators, and brokers to negotiate transport costs and the best solutions for clients.
  • Monitor transport progression, update clients at key milestones, and ensure shipments run on schedule.
  • Calculate air freight rates, including chargeable weight conversions.
  • Make direct bookings with airlines and coordinate with handling agents and customs in Frankfurt to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering incoming enquiries professionally.
  • Keep the transport management system updated and handle general administrative tasks as required.

About You :

  • Fluent in German & English
  • Experience in air freight logistics required | Time-critical logistics experience is a plus!
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office & logistics software knowledge beneficial)
  • Excellent time management & problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
